A precision instrument you can feel.

Milled dials, weighted switches, embossed caps, and readouts in the machine voice — every control here is live. Drag the dial. Roll the wheel. Fire the shutter.

The flourishes

Motion, earned

The delight moments pulled from the reference videos — roll, loader, spark-burst, emissive flash, press, page-turn. Each is interactive; every one has a reduced-motion path.

Odometer roll — carry-correct

Only changed places flip. +45 rolls the carry (58→103) — the digit that defines “odometer.”

Instrument loader · busy job

A milled rotor sweeping under radiating ticks. Resolves into the spark burst on completion →

Spark burst · completion

One accent, sparse, exponential ease — earned delight, not five-color confetti. Disabled under reduced-motion.

Emissive flash · the toggle lights

On flips the flood and the well glows from within; the bolt picks up the light.

Press physics · cap travel

Fast-down (70ms), weighted release (260ms), zero bounce. Press, hold, drag.

Weighted screen turn
SUN

The old screen swings out as the new one settles in — the forecast pager, in miniature.
